From April 8, 2016 till January 31, 2017 held the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at BTA Bank JSC. From February 1, 2017 to March 19, 2018 he was the Chairman of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC. On March 19, 2018 he was elected on the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC. |

In 1993 graduated with honors from Faculty of International Relations of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Moscow. In 1993-1998 years. worked as a client manager in the central office of Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, in the department on the work with the financial institutions of the CIS countries. Pavel Adilievich MynzhanovMember of the BTA Bank JSC Board of Directors In 2003, graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov (Almaty), Faculty of Finance and Credit, speciality "Banking". In 2003-2005, he studied at the International Academy of Business (Almaty). In 2006, he began his career in the banking sector in Kazkommertsbank JSC, where for the 10-year period he consistently passed all the steps from the credit analyst to the Director of the Corporate Lending Department. Olga Vladimirovna PitulovaMember of the Board of Directors In 2008 she graduated from the Modern Humanitarian Academy, Moscow, Russian Federation with degree of Bachelor of Economics. In 2015, she graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the awarding of the academic degree of Master of Laws. In 2015 she participated in a research internship at the Institute of East European Law, Kiel, Germany. In 2018, she received the status of Certified Director of the Institute of Directors of Great Britain. She is married and she has two sons.She began her career in 2005 in KSZH “Valut-Tranzit Life" JSC, she was the Director of the Complex Services Center of the Valut Transit Group. From 2007 to 2010 she worked in BTA Bank JSC on various positions in divisions of Retail Block. From 2010 to 2014 she worked in the Office of Corporate Secretary of BTA Bank JSC. From December 2014 till June 2015 she was appointed to the position of the Corporate Secretary of BTA Bank JSC based on Resolution of the Board of Directors. From June 2015 to March 2018 she was appointed to the position of the Corporate Secretary - Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC. From November 2018 to June 2019 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank CJSC (Kyrgyz Republic). On March 19, 2018, she was appointed to the position of the Member of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC. |
